Sheila Burns purchased the agency in 1976 and steadily extended our services to the larger Pacific Northwest region and across the United States. In 1987 the name was changed to YCCS - A National Collection System, reflecting our growth.

Shonna has been with YCCS since 1997. She started her career as a filer and has worked her way through all of the departments and is now leading our team at YCCS as the Vice President of the company. Through the years she has worked through all of departments in our office gaining knowledge, skills and the tools to bring together all of the team members in the office in a cohesive manner. Her passion for the collection industry and the desire to make sure the client is satisfied and the consumer is treated fair but firmly makes her a integral part of the team.
